Notivra Notes is developed and provided by AS Studio. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Notivra Notes application.


1. Information You Create


Notivra Notes allows you to create and manage notes, thoughts, moods, systems, and time capsules.


This content is stored locally on your device. AS Studio does not receive, upload, view, or store the content of your notes on its servers.


2. Information We Collect


The current version of Notivra Notes does not:


• Require account registration or sign-in

• Collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or contact information

• Collect precise location information

• Upload notes or personal content to AS Studio servers

• Include advertising services

• Include analytics or user-tracking services

• Include cloud synchronization

• Include online payment or subscription services


3. Local Storage


Your notes, moods, systems, time capsules, preferences, and related app settings are stored locally on your device.


This information remains on your device unless you delete it, clear the app's storage, reset your device, or uninstall the application.


Device backup services controlled by your operating system or device provider may separately back up application data according to your device settings and their own privacy policies.


4. How Information Is Used


Locally stored information is used only to provide the application's features, including:


• Creating and editing notes

• Organizing notes into systems

• Displaying moods and visual Mindspace elements

• Searching and filtering notes

• Creating and unlocking time capsules

• Remembering application preferences


5. Data Sharing


AS Studio does not sell, rent, or share your notes or personal content with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.


The current version of Notivra Notes does not transmit your note content to AS Studio.


6. Data Retention and Deletion


Notivra Notes does not create online user accounts.


You can delete individual notes, systems, and time capsules from within the application.


You can delete all locally stored application data by:


• Using the delete features available inside the application

• Clearing Notivra Notes storage from your Android device settings

• Uninstalling the application


Because AS Studio does not store your notes on its servers, AS Studio cannot recover deleted local content.


7. Security


Notivra Notes is designed to keep your content locally on your device. You are responsible for protecting access to your device through available security features such as a screen lock, password, fingerprint, or other device protection.


No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.


8. Third-Party Platforms


Notivra Notes may be downloaded and updated through Google Play. Google may process information related to application distribution, installation, purchases made through Google Play in future versions, device compatibility, security, and diagnostics under Google's own privacy policies.


AS Studio does not control information independently collected by Google Play or your device's operating system.


9. Children's Privacy


Notivra Notes is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children.


The application does not require an account and does not intentionally collect personal information from children.


10. Future Features


If a future version of Notivra Notes introduces advertising, analytics, cloud synchronization, accounts, online storage, purchases, or other services that affect user data, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety declaration will be updated before that version is released.


11. Changes to This Privacy Policy


This Privacy Policy may be updated when the application's features or legal requirements change.


Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
